Terms of Service

By accessing or using TikTrack (the "Service"), available at einzzcookie.org and its subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

TikTrack is an unofficial, independent, third-party tool that looks up publicly available TikTok information — profile stats, video metadata, and similar public data — using publicly accessible TikTok endpoints. TikTrack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok Inc. or ByteDance Ltd. "TikTok" is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd. and is used here only to describe the platform the Service refers to.

Core lookups do not require an account. Creating an account and API key is optional and only needed for higher request limits or programmatic (API) access.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for making sure your use of the Service complies with the laws that apply to you.

When using TikTrack, you agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, stalk, dox, or threaten any person.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the Service at scale, or circumvent any access controls.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates the rights of any third party.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute data obtained through the Service as if it were your own, without attribution.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate access for any account or IP address that we reasonably believe violates this section.

• You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Requests made with your key are treated as made by you.
• Free and paid plans are subject to the request limits shown on the API page at the time of use; limits may change with notice on that page.
• We may revoke a key that is abused, shared publicly, or used to violate these Terms.

TikTrack pulls data from TikTok's public-facing surfaces. That data can change, be rate-limited, or become unavailable at any time for reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee that results are complete, accurate, or continuously available, and the Service is provided on a best-effort basis.

The TikTrack name, logo, and site design belong to their respective owners. Data returned by lookups (usernames, video metadata, public profile information, etc.) belongs to the respective TikTok account holders or to TikTok/ByteDance, and is surfaced here for informational purposes only.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TikTrack and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure, including Cloudflare (security & delivery) and TikTok's own public endpoints. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
